- Service Data: Data you and your users enter (e.g., customer lists, sales data). You are the Data Controller. We are the Data Processor acting on your behalf.

You are fully responsible for all Service Data. This includes obtaining necessary consents and ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).
- You control what data is collected and how it is used.
- ECO NINE does not access, use, or modify your Service Data except to maintain or support the Service.
- We assume no liability for your misuse or unlawful handling of Service Data.
4. How We Process Your Service Data
We process Service Data only to deliver, support, and secure the Service. We will not:
- Use it for our own marketing or advertising.
- Share it, unless with authorized sub-processors or under legal obligation.
- View or access it unless necessary for technical reasons.
Some sub-processors may be located outside India. All such transfers are protected by appropriate legal safeguards.
5. Account Data We Collect
We collect and use Account Data to manage your subscription, communicate with you, and enhance platform security. This may include:

- Billing details via secure third-party gateways
- Technical logs for support and diagnostics
6. Data Security
We use robust organizational and technical measures to protect all data. However, you are responsible for securing your own login credentials and internal access.
7. Data Retention
We retain Account Data as long as your subscription is active. We retain Service Data on your behalf during your active use. Upon termination, your Service Data is retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it is permanently deleted.
8. Children’s Data
NEXORA CRM is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. No Sale of Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Account or Service Data to any third party.
10. Legal Requests
We may disclose data when required by law, such as valid court orders or government demands. We will attempt to notify you unless legally prohibited.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the revised policy.
